I don’t know where this document originally came from, but it describes, in Czech, the different type variations of the Jawetta model 551.  I have attempted to translate it below.

MOPED JAWA 50

In 1961 n.p. JAWA - Strašnice started the production of JAWA 551 mopeds
in the following alternatives:                (the first models of Jawetta were made in 1958)

551/00       "Standard”   tank in the frame, bicycle seat, high handlebars.
551/01       "De Lux"   legshields, tank in the frame, bicycle seat, high handlebars.
551/02       "Sport”  external tank, motorcycle seat, low handlebars.
551/03       "Sport Special"  as sport + legshields and a long “cigar” exhaust.
551/04       "Standard FINLAND"   limited maximum speed.
551/05       "De Lux FINLAND"           “             “            “
551/06       "Sport FINLAND"              “             “            “
551/03/01  "AUSTRIA"  tandem footrests, limited. maximum speed 40 km/h.
